Melinda Instal and Melinda Impex Steel joined the world car-free day: this morning 26 colleagues from the center office in Odorheiu Secuiesc decided to support this initiative. We hope that on this occasion we have also managed to draw attention to the environmental problems caused by the increase in car traffic. Let's take steps together for a better, more viable future!

For us, it is always a pleasure to contribute to the development and training of students and talented young people. Supporting them means a safe investment in the future.

The Melinda Family Day which was organized in May 2018 took place in a good atmosphere.

The supply and sales team of Melinda-Impex Steel participated on a team building in September 2016.

In March 2016 the purchasing and sales teams of Melinda-Impex Steel took part on a professional visit in Turkey. As part of a close and long-standing cooperation with Yücel Boru and Cayirova Boru, our representatives were able to observe right at the production line how the various round and rectangular sections and hydropressure tested pipes are made.

In addition to the professional skills and preparedness of our coworkers, Melinda Steel considers it particularly important for colleges to operate every day helping each other in a creative way, like a real team. The latest Melinda Steel team building was organized in this sense in September 2015 in a picturesque setting at Hargitafürdő.

The year 2014 was a year with high importance for Melinda-Impex Steel, because the company celebrated the 20th anniversary of its existence.

From 12 to 14 March 2014 a team from the commercial department of 34 persons from Melinda-Impex Steel visited the steel mill of ISD Dunaferr, the largest steel producing company of Hungary.

Between the 13th and 15th of November, 2013 the hungarian community of supply chain managers have met in Siofok, Hungary. 500 logistics, purchasing, production, lean specialists, professors and researchers in higher education, talented young career entrants were welcomed at the congress of the HUngarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing, and Invetory Management.
